Sprinter Repair FAQs

Quick answers for Riverside Sprinter and van owners. If your question is not here, call us at (714) 646-1433.

Do you work on Mercedes Sprinter vans for Riverside customers?

Yes. Riverside is our primary service area. Sprinter and van owners across Riverside drive to our Yorba Linda shop for Xentry diagnostics, diesel repair, DEF and DPF work, camper upfits, and collision service.

Where is the shop located?

We are at 23281 E La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887, an easy drive from Riverside near the 91 freeway. All work is performed at our facility.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed Sunday. Call (714) 646-1433 to book a time.

Do you charge for diagnostics?

Yes. An in depth Xentry diagnostic starts at one hour of diagnostic time, and that amount is credited toward the repair when you authorize the work with us.

Why use a Sprinter specialist instead of a general shop?

Sprinter vans use Mercedes specific systems, coding, and lift points. We run Xentry, install genuine and StarParts components, and know the common DEF, turbo, and transmission issues, so we fix it right the first time.

Do you service the eSprinter and electric vans?

Yes. We handle eSprinter high voltage battery diagnostics, charging system repair, thermal management, and HV safety work with the correct certified procedures.

Can you handle camper van conversions and upgrades?

Yes. We wire solar and lithium systems, service Espar and Webasto heaters, build partitions and shelving, and repair plumbing and water systems for van life and overland builds.

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. We handle collision claims and bill directly with major carriers including Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, Mercury, and Allstate. Insurance walk ins are welcome.

How long will my Sprinter repair take?

It depends on parts and complexity. Simple services are often same day, while diesel, transmission, or collision work takes longer. We give you a realistic timeline before starting.

Do you offer mobile or roadside service?

No. We are an in shop facility, which lets us use full diagnostic equipment and lifts sized for Sprinter chassis. All work is completed at our Yorba Linda location.

What does a DEF or AdBlue repair cost?

It varies by the failed part. A DEF heater is often in the $600 to $1,600 range, while NOx sensor or SCR work can be higher. We confirm the exact cause with Xentry before quoting.

Do you take fleet accounts?

Yes. We support delivery, contractor, and commercial Sprinter fleets with preventive maintenance programs, PMI and DOT inspection prep, and priority scheduling to reduce downtime.

How do I get a price?

Call (714) 646-1433 or send the quote request form on this site with your van year, mileage, and the issue. We reply with a ballpark and next steps.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept standard payment methods. A 3.5 percent surcharge applies to credit card payments over $1,000 to pass through merchant fees on higher ticket jobs.
